
Ingredients:
- Collagen Peptides 2 scoops of 10 grams
- Frozen blueberries 1 cup
- Fresh blueberries half a cup
- 4 x strawberries
- 4 x mint leaves
- Muesli (less sugar)
- Natural yogurt
- 1 x teaspoon honey
Mix collagen peptides, frozen berries, half of the fresh berries and mint leaves, the yogurt and honey in a blender. Once fully blended move to breakfast bowl, sprinkle with muesli and remaining fresh berries and mint.
