Blueberry breakfast muesli bonanza

Ingredients:

  • Collagen Peptides 2 scoops of 10 grams
  • Frozen blueberries 1 cup
  • Fresh blueberries half a cup
  • 4 x strawberries
  • 4 x mint leaves
  • Muesli (less sugar)
  • Natural yogurt
  • 1 x teaspoon honey

Mix collagen peptides, frozen berries, half of the fresh berries and mint leaves, the yogurt and honey in a blender.  Once fully blended move to breakfast bowl, sprinkle with muesli and remaining fresh berries and mint.
