Ingredients That You Will Need
- Half cup coconut oil
- Two scoops of Collagen peptide powder
- One cup peanut butter
- Four tablespoon Jelly in any flavor you want
How To Make It?
You first need to start melting the coconut oil in a microwave for at least 20 seconds, as frozen one will not work here. You can also use a double boiler to melt the oil on the stovetop. After you have the melted coconut oil, mix it with a full cup of peanut butter and two scoops of collagen peptide. Stir to get a finely textured mix of all.
Next, using a tablespoon, put the mix you just made into each paper lined muffin pan cup. You can apply a thin layer of oil before pouring the mix into the mini-muffin spot. Let it rest for a while in the freezer.
